I love classic cars from the exquisite design details to the engine growling to life. Getting up-close-and-personal with cars is a treat, but my favorite part of the process is meeting and visiting with their owners. Listening to their experiences helps bring out each car’s unique character and history. To me, automotive design is kinetic art, and I enjoy bringing that to life in my work. Thinking back, I grew up surrounded by classics largely due to living in the American West. Everyone in my family drove or restored old cars: our family car was a 1964 VW bus; my Grandparents drove a sky-blue mid-sixties VW Bug; cousins restored Mercury Cougars and Chevy Novas, and my father owned a pale blue 1964 1/2 Ford Mustang named ‘Lazarus.'

Work With Me
I’m based on Cape Cod, MA and also photograph events, weddings, theater shows, and group, family and pet portraits.  Definitely a people-person with lots of energy and enthusiasm!  I’m not much of a pose-for-the-camera person, but prefer a more organic and casual approach to taking photographs.  No studio equipment needed.  Just a camera, great light, and a favorite place.
